Francis Arthur Clarence Finnigan (født den9. juli 1903i Shawville , Canada - døde den25. december 1991) er en canadisk professionel ishockeyspiller, der spillede som en højrekant . Han er bror til den professionelle hockeyspiller Eddie Finnigan.
Finnigan begyndte sin professionelle NHL-karriere i 1923 hos Ottawa Senators . Bortset fra et mellemrum i en sæson, hvor han vandt Stanley Cup med Toronto Maple Leafs , forblev han tro mod denne franchise, indtil han flyttede til Saint-Louis, da det tog navnet Saint-Louis Eagles . Imidlertid forlod han franchisen i løbet af sæsonen for at slutte sig til Maple Leafs, som han sluttede sin karriere med.
I 1992 var det nye Ottawa Senators-hold indstillet til at debutere i National Hockey League, og han blev valgt til at kaste holdets første puck til det indledende spil. Han døde desværre den25. december 1991 og kan ikke deltage i dette spil, hvor senatorerne trækker tilbage til hans ære nummer 8, som han havde på sig tidligere.
