Hun blev hyret i Formel Renault og fokuserede derefter på Formel 3 ved at ansætte unge kørere, der ville blive mestre for disciplinen som Roberto Merhi , Daniel Juncadella , Raffaele Marciello , Esteban Ocon , Lance Stroll , Charles Leclerc eller endda Mick Schumacher .
