Orobothriurus Calchaqui er en art af skorpioner af familien af bothriuridae .

Fordeling

Denne art er endemisk i provinsen Tucumán i Argentina . Det sker mellem 2700 og 4300  m af højde i Calchaquies dale .

Beskrivelse

Den mandlige holotype, der måler 29,31  mm og den kvindelige paratype 34,30  mm , hannerne er mellem 23-30  mm og hunnerne fra 33,5 til 36  mm .

Etymologi

Dets artsnavn blev givet til det med henvisning til stedet for dets opdagelse, Calchaquíes-dalene .
